How to Sign Up

1. From the home page, navigate to the “Sign In” page on the navigation bar.

2. On “External User”, click the “Sign In” button. It will redirect you to the login page.
   

3. For signing up, click “Sign up now”.
   

4. Enter the official institutional email address, click "Send verification code" and wait for verification code.
   

5. Check your email (including spam) for verification code.

6. Enter code into the “Verification Code” field and click the “Verify Code” button.

7. After you get the “E-mail address verified. You can continue now” message below the Grab logo, fill all other fields with relevant information. Then click the “Create” button to proceed.

8. You may be prompted to do verification again, click the “Send verification code” button.

9. Check again your email inbox (including spam) for verification code. Copy the code and paste it into the “Verification Field”. Click “Verify code” to verify.

10. After verification, click the “Continue” button.

11. Your email address is now registered. The next step is to Sign In with your registered account. After signing in, you can now see “Verify Account” Menu available in your navigation

• Grab does not keep records of passwords. To retrieve a lost password, you have to go through the Forget your password? link
• you are unable to retrieve your password, you need to create a new account and go through verification again.

How to Verify Account

1. You need to be signed in to verify your account. To verify your account, go to Verify Account tab.
   
2. Fill in Verify Account form and click submit. Once submitted you should receive a confirmation email. Your account verification request needs to be approved by the Grab team, once approved you will receive an email confirmation.
   
3. Once approved the Request tab will now be visible, you can now submit data requests.
